My greatest lesson in life and business has been: To speak up and be seen! Stepping into business committed to forging my own path being independent, autonomous and fulfilled – I struggled for years because I was scared to be seen and heard in my truth – I only wanted to help others… I didn’t want business to be about me!
But I quickly realised my willingness to speak up and be seen directly affected my clients confidence in feeling they could walk towards me. I found that vulnerably sharing my heart – appreciative kindred’s gathered around and my business thrived as a consequence.
Our hearts contain our medicine – our voices allows that to flow freely and magnetically attract our resonant tribe.
There is no one quite like you… Your experience and wise heart are what’s needed for your kindred’s to make the shifts you have found. They won’t know what’s possible until they hear your story. Only you can lead them forward!
There are 3 core themes that restrict our medicine and stop women from prospering in their truth!
DOUBT: procrastinating, avoiding and minimizing ourselves until we can’t speak up and share confidently…
FEAR: worrying about what others will think, while getting lost in our internal stories feeling alone
SHAME: feelings of unworthiness keeping us quiet and stationary
Speaking up and sharing my heart allowed me to become fully booked for 5 years – I found the courage to speak up because the value of my message was worth engaging with my vulnerability. We think being in business is about service – but it’s also about showing up and being seen. We can’t serve our kindred’s if they don’t know where to find us. I am devoted to creating a culture where women can feel safe in their truth and know they are deeply supported to rise on purpose in business.
Once I validated how valuable my medicine was by witnessing the results it created in my clientele – I recognized the difference I could make – I knew it was time to:
- Radically own my uniqueness
- Be definitive and clear
- Raise my voice sincerely and unrelentingly
- To organize my business to be easily found, understood and engaged
Suddenly when I took my work seriously – so did others. I held my sacred work in respect – so did my kindred. I became visible, moving past my shame to speak out and I was celebrated! It completely freaked me out initially – because my whole life had been: being forgotten, ignored or abandoned.
We can be so acclimatized to feeling insignificant that taking up the space required to make a difference and truly prosper can be daunting. This is why I created the Feminine Alliance – a sanctuary of nurture and compassion to provide the community we need around us to speak up and show up in business. On our own, the wobbles from fear and barriers of shame delay and side-track our progress.
The resistance that one must face to prosper on purpose is monumental! This is why we need deep support to expand and up-level to meet the vision of what our sacred work is capable of creating in the world. The feminine alliance is a safe-haven, where we can easily access our own guidance. From this place of feeling held, we find clarity. From this clarity we can confidently take inspired action. Then we see the evidence that we are appreciated and valued and our past stories fade away! This allows us to see what is truly possible… as we edge towards our deepest longings gently and safely!

How it works in the Feminine Alliance:
- The Feminine Alliance is an on-going rolling course We begin Chpt 4 starting on June 4th
- Each member can start and finish when it suits them
- Invoicing will occur in the first week of the month for the full month (28-31 days)
- You may exit and re-enter as you wish. Please honor what is in your best interest.

The feminine alliance follows the content from my book ‘HEART MEDICINE’. A bi-weekly 60min zoom link will connect medicine women from around the world who seek refuge to reflect, discern and act on their own inspired guidance (Monday evenings at 8-9PM NZ Time). Each month is dedicated to a new topic following the chapter sequence of the book. The first call is devoted to EXPLORING the topic together as a group and the next call (2 weeks later) is dedicated to IMPLEMENTING our own inspired guidance in our business.
